Copying items from the yellow tab to the red tab

Hi,

Can someone please help me with this macro?
I want to be able to filter items in the yellow tab (Renewal Report) by column I (date) and column L. So that say i want to filter the cancellations for a particular time frame, it copies it to the red tab called Cancellations Report.

For some reason right now its doing two things I DO NOT want it to do which is (hide the red tab, and move the rows).

I want to:

1) keep the red tab (Cancellations Report) visible.
2) I want to be able to filter items in the yellow tab (Renewal Report) by column I (date) and column L.
3) filter the cancellations for a particular time frame, it copies it to the red tab called Cancellations Report.

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to have it not "cut the data" and paste it?
I need it to copy it. Not cut and paste.
Also, is there anyway to eliminate the pop up window asking if I want to hid the cancellations report tab, please?
