Pivot table-remove expand and close from pivot layout

I pivot a table to aggregate Region and district. Is there a way to populate all blank region columns with Regions
and blanks district column with districts and remove "-" (Expand and close) against region and district.

Click anywhere in the pivot table and then on the upper tab of "PivotTable Tools". Just under that word/tab are two other tabs of "Analyse" and "Design". Click on "Design" and see the icon ribbon.

Click on the "Report Layout" icon and then on "Repeat All Item Lables".

I think this will get you close to what you are looking for.

I've needed to play around with different combinations of the Design selection to get exactly the look I've wanted. I think you can also select different Styles on this tab to get closer to what you want.
