    Print Options

I have two different sections of code that print from a page in the workbook. The first one will print only page 1 and works great if you only have a small amount of info on the sheet and the other prints if there is data in Column A starting at A4.

Is there a way to combine the two so it always prints a complete first page, but if there is data on page two it will print that as well?

I know this is a tall order, but if you can help it would be appreciated.

I have attached a test workbook to demonstrate.

Wouldn't something like this automatically do what you want?
Or did I misunderstand your requirement.

I tried this and it works...a little sloppy, but it works. Your thoughts?

    Re: Print Options

Absolutely, thank you for the interest and help. I want to print ALL of page 1 and ONLY page 2 and 3 if there is data in column A on those pages.

    Re: Print Options

That's what the code in Post #2 should do. It will set the print range and if the range is only one page, that's all it will print.
If Column A is very long, it will set the print range accordingly.
However, if I am missing something it might not be what you want.
For instance, what does "All of page 1" mean? Did you set the print ranges/page breaks manually? And if so, what are they?
