vba help needed open workbook search date and lock colums from A to date column

Hi,

I need a vba code which will:
1. open the listed workbook one by one as listed in column B with their respective path in column A.
2. if the opened workbook is in sharing make it exclusive user and if the worksheet (listed in C column) is protected, unprotect the worksheet. password listed in D column.
3. search Date mentioned in A1 column in opened workbook.
4. lock all the cell columns from A:date column
5. protect the worksheet again with the same password listed in D column.
6. Make the workbook in multiuser.
7. Save an close.

I have attached the two workbooks for reff. 1. Protect.xlsm (code need to be written) 2. KPI1.xlsx (sample)

can someone help me on this thread?? Please let me know if I am not clear....
