Find Misspelled Words and Correct them

Are you missing the obvious? What about the Spell check available under the 'Review' section of the ribbon?

How would you see this working then?
You have a list which one way or another needs comparing with a list of valid spellings in order to determine whether a word is correct or not. Where do you see that comparison list existing?

And I'll leave aside for the moment the even more problematical factor (if you're referring to many words in a single cell) how those words should be split and used.

It's no consolation perhaps but was the text from the customer survey a free form data capture and it's perhaps stating the obvious but if there are thousands of items to consider and even if they were all spelled correctly how would you analyse or group/count them anyway. Moral of the story is that perhaps survey responses should be limited to specific drop down selections.

This might be a good start. The macro examines all cells in column "A" starting with row 1. The contents of the cell is split into words using a space as the delimiter. Any misspelled or unrecognized words will have their font color changed to red.
