Balance calculation automation through macro

Hi

Please find a example file.
We get raw data as dae/flat amount Negative fig represent amt recd from party Positive amt repersents instalment due amount.

We calculate interest manually for various parties.Since it is tedious I request forums to help me with automation

Original file is attached. Requirement file is attached

Firstly Macro shall insert a given date for each and every of change of flat code. In this example 04/01/2016 will be the date for inserting as last row for each and every flat code
Refer Colum D
It will copy the first row as it is for balance and then add the previous row figure till it reaches another flat code
Refer colum E
It shall calculate No of days r by deducting the next row date and the current row date Until it reaches next flat code
Refer colulm F
It shall calculate Interest by giving formula
Refer colum G
It shall give sub toal for each and every flat code

I would be obliged even if the following is achieved

1) Inserting a row with specific date at the end of change of flat
2) Balancing
3) No of days calculation
I can arrive by formula for interest portion Not at all a problem.

Thank u very much for your efforts.
It works everything excepting balancing portion
Please refer my colum d for the first row of flat same amount of columc.
Balance it has to add with previous balance+current amount.

2)can the code be changed for a given date.
It takes the current date by default.
