Moving rows from one sheet to another withing the same workbook

I am coming across the issue that has been elaborated so many times before, but none of the solutions works for me, at least not entirely.

I am working on an action plan that I wish to work like this: when I finish with an item in a sheet 'Project Tracker' and select data validation option in column 'J' and mark it as "COMPLETED", I want this row to go to the sheet "LOG TRACK". Log track should memorise all items, not just one! I have achieved moving but only of one item with the formula that was given to Antonio in the link below, but I want all completed items in the Log Track. Furthermore, it would be great if I could have all items that are newly transferred at the top in the document...

I tried it and it works. However, if I try to add new rows to the project tracker sheet (for instance in Branding and production) simply by inserting via right click, it immediately reports an error

and then the whole function blocks (stops working) as per image below

Any advise how to fix this isue?
