Dear expert - members

I am coming across the issue that has been elaborated so many times before, but none of the solutions works for me, at least not entirely.

I am working on an action plan that I wish to work like this: when I finish with an item in a sheet 'Project Tracker' and select data validation option in column 'J' and mark it as "COMPLETED", I want this row to go to the sheet "LOG TRACK". Log track should memorise all items, not just one! I have achieved moving but only of one item with the formula that was given to Antonio in the link below, but I want all completed items in the Log Track. Furthermore, it would be great if I could have all items that are newly transferred at the top in the document...
