Macro is not Working Properly

Good Afternoon Excel Masters,

I created a macro that calculates dates. What i want to do is; if someone invests in three investment funds and wants to withdraw some cash from these three investment funds combined on a same date, the macro will calculate the perfect date that the person has to request. Each investment fund has a different rule, for example, if a person requests cash withdrawal today, it will take 3 days for the cash to convert, and 1 day to liquidate (this in fund A). Fund B could be 5 days to convert and 3 days to liquidate, and so on. I have a working macro, but for some reason, it does not read the numbers 0 and 1.


By the way, in the attached workbook, there are three tabs, "Principal" = where the funds are entered, "Feriado" = Holidays and "Lista de Dados" = where all the information about the funds are (in this worksheet, Column B is conversion days, and Column D is Liquidation days. Also, Column C is Workdays, and Column E is always Workdays, if its "Sim", its Yes, and if its "Não", its No.)

Can you guys please help me? I am really stuck.
