Create a timeline chart for projects by VBA

Hi, nice to meet you all~ This is the first time I place a question here, thanks very much for your kindly help~
How can use VBA to copy the record from the worksheet "Planning" then place to the worksheet "Timeline chart" and present in that kind of format?

How have not provided enough information for ayone to be able to help you.

1. How do you want to run the Macro?
Using a Couple of Keystrokes?
Double Click
Right Click
Sheet Activation
Sheet De Activation
Selection Change
Button on Spreadsheet
Selecting a Tab?

2. Why are your projects listed in differrent columns?

Thanks for your reply, Mehmetcik, I will create a button and click on it to run the macro but I know how to do it. Separate the columm is to avoid overlapping each others, when found the cell at the first column which has been filled words and merged, then will go to the next column to continue and so on.

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(note: this change is not optional )
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford

Hi Keebellah, just found an issue that if Start Time is 0:00 then cannot be shown. Btw, if I want to add a column for date which will have several days on it, how can make the projects show at the “Timeline chart” worksheet in ascending order by date then time? And the columns of date and time in “Timeline chart” worksheet can refer to the input range from “planning” worksheet then fill to “Timeline chart” worksheet automatically by script?

I've attached the same file but now with your asked for solution.
I added a small thing, if you give the cell that has the project name a fill color it will be used too.
I've colored some of them.

Just press the button and the macro runs.

The Timeline Chart will always be entirely refreshed at each run
Hope you like it
