Changing the color of the cell thru formulae.

Hi All,
I am Gokul, new to the forum. I like to know whether is it possible to change the color of the cell thru formula.
Example : i enter the quotation request on 01/04/2016, if the quotation is not send out by 05/04/2016, the cell should change the color.

Hi, welcome to the forum

You can do this with Conditional Formatting, but 1st you need to decide what time frame you want to test for.
Is it 4 days after the request?
Where will the "sent" date be?

1. highlight the range you want to apply the conditional formatting to
2. on the home tab, styles, select CF
3. select new rule, select use formula
4. enter =quote-request-date-cell+4<=quote-sent-date-cell
