Update given date column in general format to date format in VBA

Hi All,

I am given a data with a general date format, something like " Feb 25 2016 " , and I want to put it into 02/25/2016. I have tried many things and I ended up creating a new tab with split the date up and changing them to numbers and concatenate them into date format. Please see my attachment. Worksheet "Sheet 1" has given the original dates, and Worksheet "Date Formula" is the formulas that I have created to update the values to the format that I want. I want to put this in VBA so that I don't need to copy the dates into my "Date Formula" every time.
