User Form - How to determine Multiple Page show based on 1 point trigger

Please refer to file attached.

Family detail user form. We can select how many of sibling have.
Example : sibling - 2. Multiple page only show 2 page for fill. If has 5, then show 5 page for fill up
The data information to fill of each page is same.

I got your mean however there is no my intitial wanted.

Attached revised file.
Drop down list added for number of sibling. The wish is after select number of sibling, the page will auto pop out accrodingly.
Example: select 3 = 3 page of sibling 1,2,3 for filling.
