    Schedule Tracker/Reminder

Hey Guys I don't know how you do it. I spend weeks of frustration trying to figure out how to make this spreadsheet do what I want it to, Then I finally ask for your help and in what seems like minutes, there you are with an answer (sometimes more). I don't know how you do it.

    Here is the latest one:

My boss, the dispatcher, keeps failing to send out loads. If this keeps up we'll all be unemployed. So I am trying to create a spreadsheet to keep track of scheduled loads.

I want all load records (rows) to have a background color some shade of green.
    Except....
I want all loads within 72 of the delivery date to change to a background color some shade of yellow.
    And...
I want all loads within 48 hours of the delivery date to change to a background color some shade of Red.
    Finally...
I want all loads marked delivered to change to a light gray background.

It Makes sense, right? I can't figure out how to do it.

    Can Excel do this?

I have read a mess of books and watched youtube videos till my eyes were as red as the above mentioned two day warning. None of them showed anything near what I am trying to do. I can't possibly be the only one needing to do something like this, could I? I would appreciate help with this one, but Guys, please don't make it look like it was really easy (save my ego).
