Remove rows if duplicate in same column.

What I am having trouble with:

Basically, in my workbook I need to find if there is a duplicate in each section that starts with "SectionABC." If there is, delete the corresponding duplicate's row in the bottom section. In the example above you'd delete the rows of the highlighted cells.

Then, if possible, sort based on SectionABC's Values from Smallest to Largest (in each section individually).

Help is much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that doesn't do it for two reasons 1) it removes just the duplicate value, but I need to remove the bottom duplicates' rows (duplicate is found if text in bottom is also found in top), and 2) I need it to be automated.

Somehow I need a function to find the first set of data (below the 1st SectionABC) and the second set of data (below the 2nd SectionABC), find if there is a duplicate between the two columns, and if so delete that duplicate's row out of the 2nd set.
