Macro which used to work, now doesnt -

I'm struggling to work out why this isnt giving me an results.

Its supposed to when i run the macro 6 columns away from the column I'm looking in, which does contain the values in Code=Array()

All i did is change the values in Code=Array to those words [ (USA), (Canada), (Australia), "United States" ]. It used to be numbers like so; Code=Array("123","456","789","546")

Is there something blatent I have not done which I am supposed to do? (I imagine becuase the code values are no longer integers)

Its about syntax I think or maybe structure. But thats the only thing I changed.
