We created a xlsm VBA form to capture PC Checklist. Download from link below:

on the VBA form the orange pdf icon on the vba form to change if has pdf or no pdf

Note:
1) the main worksheet is "Sheet4"
2) is it protected worksheet, the password to unprotect "Sheet4" is : Secret
3) Now how you going to find out if there is a pdf to this record, we are saving the actual pdf files in the local user directory which is : C:\Checklists\
4) The pdf file names are the " Alb Tag No" field, so example for "Ahmed Murchie" the Alb Tag No is " DBN004350F " so if there a pdf file in the " C:\Checklists" with the filename " DBN004350F.pdf " then this pdf indicator icon must appear. If no pdf file then display nothing.
5) it must check and update if any ScreenUpdating or on Listbox selection on the VBA form
so attached the both pdf icons. Download from below
