Need to Mirror Worksheets with ability to add or delete cells with limited data

I have a workbook that I need to mirror certain sheets, but with only certain data mirrored. At the same time if I add or remove a row or column it will copy the change to the mirrored sheet. For example. I have an Orange tab called ICRA, I want to copy that tab to the Blue Tab called Field Copy - ICRA. I want to copy over all the information but the unit cost and total cost. I can get the information to copy over using =icra!A1 then I copy paste into the entire sheet. My problem is when I update the Orange Tab ICRA by adding or deleting rows it does not update the data in the Blue Tab Field Copy-ICRA. All my Orange Tabs will have a Matching Blue Tab called Field Copy. I haven't touch VAB or Macro's in almost 15 years and even at that it was very basic. I know that has to be someway to be able to do this. I have spent the last 3 hours looking through these threads and I cant find the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet that I am working with.

I am working on a template for 3 of my estimators, who are not at all excel savvy. So my fear is they will update the main estimating sheet but it will not carry over to other sheets. So I need to have a group of sheets that the guys are allowed to input data. Once they are finished or if they have to go back in and change something it will automatically update the Field and Accounting copies. We have already ran into an issue where 1 group of numbers where updated but it didn't get translated to the field crews. Will this code work this way? Thank you so much for your quick response.

The sheets within the workbook are for different departments within the company. The Orange colored tabs sheets are the estimating (Master) numbers. The Blue tabs would be for the field and we do not want the field people seeing what our cost are. The red tabs would be for accounting who will only need a certain information from each sheet. We will not be emailing the spreadsheet to the different departments,they will be printing them off. They need 1 workbook that will update all the sheets at 1 time and each workbook will be a new project. So I am trying to make a template so they could open it and save as the new job. Currently they are giving me the print outs and I have to go through and black out the information for the different departments.
