    How to add a period in these cells

    Hi, I need to put a period after the digits which is part of the text
    9MOHER
    2MIGHTY LUCKY
    3AMOVATIO
    13STAR REFLECTION
    15DARTS AWAY
    4NEXT LEVEL
    5AFTER ALL THAT
    Problem there are singular and double digits
    Got me beat

    Needs to look like this

    9.MOHER
    2.MIGHTY LUCKY
    3.AMOVATIO
    13.STAR REFLECTION
    15.DARTS AWAY
    4.NEXT LEVEL
    5.AFTER ALL THAT
    any help here will be appreciated

    Try this:
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.

    E11 is the cell having the text to insert the dot into.

    Note that it is an array formula. Close it with [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Enter]

    Arkadi, I am trying your code first, but my mistake I mean to add a period but not add a space after it
    At this stage it does add a period, but also adds a space after the period
    Hope you understand what I mean

    Hi Graham,

    Not sure if you still wanted help with this, but when I tested my code I got no spaces in there, are you sure there are no spaces in your data?
