Find and replace parts in string with words, numbers from a table

Hy everyone,

I have a sheet that I fill with data and then I have to change some parts of the imported string. I use a macro which is not very handy and so I had the idea to get the parts to search an replace from a table which I can change very easy. I tried a lot of macros but they only changed strings or numbers when they were in a cell. Can you please help me with this macro?
