Hello,
I am looking for some help in combining rows where dates are consecutive or overlapping.
I was able to find a macro to help me with this and I modified it to my needs and how my data was presented. However the macro I found is only looking at 1 column to find unique values and then combine rows for that unique value if the dates are consecutive or overlapping.
I would need some help on how to modify the macro to look at 3 columns. If the column B (Client #), column D (Item #) and column G (Location #) are identical then combine those rows if the dates are consecutive or overlapping. Right now the version of the macro is only looking at 1 column, the column D (Item#).
I have attached a workbook with an example as well as the macro that you can run to see the results. I have also put what is my desired results of the improved macro.
I am also including below the VBA code of the macro. Thank you for your time!
