Reformatting a pasted value Pivot Table into a majorly different arrangement.

    'Sheet attached.

On the "Now" tab is the results of copy pasting a pivot table with values only and removing any Totals. I then take that format and make it into what you see on the "Want" sheet. Here is the tricky part. You'll notice how some sections have 2, 3, 4 or more items listed below the names. My pivot is set to Top 3, but due to ties, you get this. So next week "Jenny" may have five items listed under her. I guess you could make them still an absolute reference that way if Jenny does have 5 items. Carrie's would paste over the items. This would be good because I only wanted the top 3 items listed. Regardless of tie.

This request may be absurd, I know I don't know where I would even begin. So please tell me if that is the case.

If I can get help writing code to copy the CSIA in E5 and the next 3 cells below and 1 cell to the right (E5:F8) and tell it to paste somewhere, I can duplicate to do it over and over with the others. It would have to search for CSIA in column "E" and then copy.

Try this in a new module. It will find the CSIA, RGA and RIC values in col E and paste the label and the first three values to the Finished sheet. You can use similar techniques for the rest.

    Hope that helps. MM
