Report for cases per analyst per status

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a report that will show case done by an analyst per chosen day per status. There about 7 or so status. This is not the biggest problem to solve, but as the analysis of a client can be that an analyst will do as for example 10 cases (clients) and each could have a different status and client name.
the biggest trouble is caused that each change is loged in the system and for the same status there could be like 1 or 4 or more entries and different status:

Date modified: 11/09/2017 11:32:30, company name: Company X, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera
Date modified: 11/09/2017 11:32:33, company name: Company X, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera
Date modified: 11/09/2017 11:33:12, company name: Company X, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera
Date modified: 11/09/2017 12:32:30, company name: Company B, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera
Date modified: 11/09/2017 13:15:33, company name: Company B, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera
Date modified: 11/09/2017 11:33:12, company name: Company W, Status: Started, Analyst: Peter Cetera

I use the below code, but this will give me 6 for that status for that analyst, it will not see the different companies and there are different time entries for that client. In this case analyst Peter Cetera did 3 cases for that day:

I would suggest that you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
