Excel column data save as RTF format file

Dear all,

Is it possible using macro to export Excel column data and save as RTF format file?

The wordings in RTF file is Column B (Description).
The RTF file name is Column A (ItemNo.) plus "Richtext1" which "Richtext1" is a fixed name.

In this sample, the result I want is 5 RTF file:
1Richtext1.rtf
2Richtext1.rtf
3Richtext1.rtf
4Richtext1.rtf
5Richtext1.rtf

Each RTF file would have different wordings inside according to Excel Column B (Description).

Attached the sample excel file and the result Word file (It should be .rtf format but can't upload).
