VBA to highlight specific words within a certain range (inkl reset to old format)

Dear Everyone

I am trying to come up with a VBA that allows me to color code (highlight) my data output based on a relatively large list of unique words.
Also, my ambition is to have it as an on/off switch or something so I could revoke the highlighting of these words again.

Any one out there who might know how to do that?

I have tried using conditional formatting, but the "applies to" range never stays fixed for some reason (maybe due to other macros I am running as well)...hence now I am trying to go the VBA-way
