Concatenating issue with code

hi,

I have a situation wherein cell content in column A is same but they are not joined as expected with my code:-

i am not sure but something is wrong with the cell content format? Am i missing something here? attached is sheet to test.

The value in cell A3 has trailing spaces at the end of the number. Select the cell A3 and place your cursor in the formula bar.
