Hello,
I have this workbook started to randomly select teams from a list of kids for a basketball tournament.
It seemed to work fine with less kids but now there are 80 and I would like to have 8 on each team.
Can someone please try to see how to get it working?

Solving your requirement involves much more effort and work that meets the eye, and I believe that fellow Forum Members will hesitate to embark on an issue of such magnitude without compensation.
Considering strike one, strike two, strike three, out and home-run can make it very difficult to build and get it to the selection of the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, and Finals. What if any team goes through to the next round without even touching a bat. Are any penalties or bonuses involved, and how should that be brought into the scheme of all?
Maybe you may get a better response if you post this Thread in the Commercial Services Section of this Forum.

Did you happen to add a column to your data sheet? It looks like the cells the macro is referencing are offset from what was originally intended.
I did not realize that this was too complicated. I am sorry about that. Maybe the revised workbook is better.
I just want to randomize the list of kids to make teams based on their abilities (ratings) so to make it fair.
