in folder which name is pana have some excel file, i combine that various excel file in to one single
excel file thorough following VBA code , that VBA code working fine in excel 2007 but not work in in excel 2010 when
i run that code in excel 2010 it's ask evertime to save file

It's probably just because the workbooks were last saved in an earlier version. Try this:
