Locking ASPECT RATIO code after embedding an Image ??

Hi there - I've searched but can't find the solution to this and I believe it is quite a simple piece of VBA code.

This code below works fine, but I want to lock the aspect ratio of the Image with the Height set at 134
Any ideas??
