Find and Count Occurrences of random cell values

Hello,

I'm new to VBA and I encountered a problem. I got Sheet with different tasks i need to do. These can vary over the time so these tasks aren't permanent. (That's why i didn't use the countif command)
Now i want to list all the Tasks that are in the list again somewhere else in the Sheet and next to the created list the number of times this task was done. I've created a Samplesheet to clear things up if it wasn't clear enough already.

I've searched through the Internet, but couldn't find anything that fits my situation.

I'm thankful for any piece of advice
