Separating data groups and formatting certain data text in red

Hi All,

I have a data sheet that has 7 columns (A:G) and nearly 40,000 rows.
ColD and ColE have the data that need to be worked on.
Each word or phrase in ColD starts a group of data across all the rows until the next word or phrase. There are no duplicate strings in ColD per each group. Duplicates are replaced with underscore (_).
Sheet1 illustrates what is mentioned above.
Sheet2 illustrated what is needed to be done. It shows that each group is separated with one empty line from the group below, and words and phrases in ColE are formatted in red once they are found in ColD.

Can I get some precious assistance with this question, please?

Thank you very much Jindon for such genius code which ran smoothly with absolutely no performance problem.

However, as I ran it on a sample data, I noticed that words and phrases in ColD which lie in the middle or at the end of the text in ColE are not coloured in red.

I formed another example for you to observe the highlighted rows in Sheet1 which remained the same after running the code in Sheet2.

I do value your assistance which is always given to me.
