Copy cells from a column in sheet2 to a column in sheet3 based on criteria in sheet2

Hey folks, so here is the issue.

My workbook has three sheets.
I want to first clear any data in a column (>=E11) in sheet3 (named "2 - Unapply").
Then, copy any cells from one column (Range = E11:E800) in sheet2 (named "1 - Create") to a column (>=E11) in sheet3 (named "2 - Unapply") based on criteria ("Accepted") in one column (E11:E800) in sheet2 (named "1 - Create").
