Kindly let me understand how to send screen shots of branch wise data to the respective mail ids which is in a single consolidated sheet.

I am taking a guess at what you want as there are no manually produced results to give a clear indication.
Note that I am not sure this will work in the 2007 version, although I can't find documentation to say when the Show Report Filter Pages feature was included, so it may.
In the attached file a pivot table is produced on Sheet1.
From the PivotTable Tools tab > Analysis subtab > Options > select Show Report Filter Pages... > Branch (should already be selected) > OK
This produces an individual pivot table for each branch.
