    Get multiple employees' payslips data in one sheet

    HELLO,

    I NEED HELP AS PER THE ABOVE SUBJECT. WHAT I WANT YOU GUYS TO HELP ME IS..
    I HAVE A PAYROLL FILE (attached for ref.); NOW IF YOU OPEN THE FILE AND SHEET NAMES PAYSLIP. THERE IS NUMERIC MENTIONED IN CELL (AK1) AND IN ACTUAL ALL THE PAYSLIP DATA IS CONNECTED VIA VLOOKIUP WITH THIS NUMBER/CELL (AK1). WHAT I WANT IS; JUST WANT TO TYPE MULTIPLE NUMBER IN CELL (AK1) (EXAMPLE: 1-3 OR 1-4 OR 5-10) AND THE SHEET (PAYSLIP) WILL GET THE DATA OF ALL THOSE EMPLOYEES CONTAINING THOSE NUMBERS IN CELL (AK1) AND THEN SHOW WHOLE PAYSLIP DATA JUST BELOW THE OTHER PAYSLIPS AND ALLOW ME TO PRINT ONLY THOSE.
    I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MACROS BUT IF THERE IS ANY FILE WHICH WILL DO THAT YOU MAY GUIDE ME AND I WILL DO THAT TOO.

    thank you so much for kind response. this file is not working actually when i opened the file i just clicked on run command and it shows error 1004
    "Document not saved: The document may be open, or an error may have been encountered when saving".
    By the way; i changed the save location after seeing this error and then i clicked run comman again this time it saved the payslips required in pdf format on that folder. but, that's not what i need; actually once i input those number range and it should show me the data of each payslip just right below to another payslip in consequence. not even in the same page same sheet of payslip. before one of my colleague was having that system but he has left the company but we did not get that file.
    kindly please give me the advice or the format which works in that way.

    please find the attached file which will be used as reference.
    what i want is actually in the numerical reference cell i will type the range only and in the same sheet there will be multiple payslips data shown at once for the same range.
    Example: i have attached the file with some example in payslip sheet and just copied the same payslips right below the each payslips to show how the results should look or i want to.
    please look into the attached file in payslip sheet till column (167) to see the results.
    please let me konw if anymore clarifications required.

    To make the macro work, I have to change your formulas slightly and do some configuration. You may take a look in the [Payslip] worksheet.
    Please press [Alt + F8] keys and execute macro[GeneratePayrollSlips]. I may also refer to below the screenshot for a better understanding.

    By the way. I don't understand why you choose this vertical report format. It is really inconvenient for reading and maintenance.
    If I were you, I would prefer exporting to PDF, which I have provided to you previously, separate payslips by staff name or ID. After all, you have to send payslips to your colleagues separately.
    You may also chose another option: one payslip per worksheet, this can also be done by macro and it would be much better for reading and maintenance.
    There is still another way: the powerful MailMerge!! You can do it easily without any coding.

    hello dear,
    thank you so much for doing that amazing job and giving your precious time to me.
    almost all working the way i wanted to except one thing which is; once i input the range in cells (AM & AP) and the run the macro (Alt+F8) all working but the value which is connect to vlookup for that complete payslip in cell (AK) is not changing automatically. and it shows the data of 1 employee only instead of the way it should be.
    furthermore, thank you for giving me idea about pdf working files and make it easier and i will consider it for my future work but this is all for learning process dear that's why i asked for that much help

    You are welcome!
    Your excel calculation option must be set as Manual updating. To solve this, just simply press F9 after run the macro or set your Calculation Options to Automatic.
