Right, another problem has arisen from my break rota creation. I will do my best to explain.
I am creating a workplace lunch break rota and wish to make it as automatic as possible. We have a seperate workbook which holds the rota for the entire year.
I wish to be able to select the date on the blank break sheet and the names of everyone that is working and their shifts to automatically be placed into the break rota.
For example, I have attached the blank break sheet and a mock-up rota. Looking at the mock-up rota workbook. If I were to select August 5th on the break rota, Matt Jeff and Sue would be the only ones working that day and therefore would be the only ones implemented into the break rota, along with their shifts (their shifts would only be implemented into the shift start and shift end columns).
As I am typing this, this seems like a complicated task (at least for me). I would be very grateful if anyone could shine a light on this!
