ReceivedTime Format problem

Dears,

I want to save the attachment to folder with received date and time in outlook. However, I got an error when the code have (HH:MM:SS).
Does anybody know how to solve?

Colon is illegal character in file name.
Just change HH:MM:SS to HH.MM.SS
