Checkbox Active x control & form control

Greetings,

I have a list of check boxes on one worksheet and I have the same list on a different worksheet on the same workbook. The check boxes on the first worksheet are form control and the ones on the second sheet are active x control. I need to find a way to have both list of checkboxes to behave the exact same way, whenever I mark a specific one on list one i need for the checkbox in list two with the same name to be marked as well. Is there a macros that enables that kind of interaction between an active x checkbox and a form control checkbox?
