I would like to count the number of images, objects, shapes, and cells with content

Hi, I hope everyone is well. This is my first post here. I would like to see if anyone can help me create a macro to count the number of images, objects, shapes, and cells with content in an excel sheet titled "Inbox". I am a GTD practitioner and use Excel for task management, and basically dump various multimedia and text into an excel tab for later processing. It would be helpful to know the count of all of these items throughout the day. Thank you.

For reference: I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro X with Win 10 Home and the latest 32-bit version of Excel.

Worked like a charm, thank you! Any way to get the output of this into a cell to use in formulas? It comes out as an alert, which is fine, but ideally it would be in a formula. Thanks!

create a variable and replace the MsgBox with the variable name you create and you can use it
