With John Topley's code, I have created a simiilar new code. I need help to get the amounts which are positive I need them in negative. Still I am not aware how to edit this code. The headings of the Returns sheet are colored yellow for amounts which are needed in negative. (columns H, K, L M N and O)

if these columns were created via a VBA procedure so obviously just update its code to make them negative …
And if it's not the case so just using an Excel beginner formula !
As far as I understand, this line needs to be edited but how I am not aware.

Much needed option. The earlier code was taking forever to display the result. Testing it now.. It will take some time. Will revert back.
