Do you have a sample Excel workbook that you could share with us, to show exactly what you would like? There is a yellow banner at the top of the screen which explains how you can attach a workbook to one of your posts.

I ve checked all that vídeo, the problem is that i cannot get statistic by time, nor have daily cost/booking cost for statistic by date/occupation and so on
Need to have yearly view instead of month, like online pc learning vídeo

There are also several templates in the download available here: https://spreadsheetpage.com/reservation/calendar/
What you need to do is choose a template that fits your needs in terms of recording data (you can add your own columns to its master sheet), then decide what analysis you need to do. We can help you with that here, but you need first to have a workbook with which to work.

There is where i am struggling, i cannot make a template that has:
- Room reservation on yearly calendar with start-end, name of person and daily value/stay value
- daily revenue
- monthly costs for each room on input to each reservation to check break-even

But Trevor website is no longer active and i cannot do that by myself without guidance, his tutorials are incomplete, something should have happened

Perhaps I can help you. I looked for it and yes, there are these files. They may not be complete samples, but they may still help you in some way. But then finish it yourself. Good luck.

Another person has sent me today a more complete version that i attach, but i cannot have the analysis working like the video
Besides that, it only allows me to book for a Maximum stay of 22 days, and i want 365 days
Can anyone help?
