Check if row is duplicate before adding to excel sheet

Hello All,

I am trying to make a macro that will check if the new row I am adding to an excel sheet (Using a userform and command button) is a duplicate before it adds the row.

I am new vba and having some trouble with this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
