Activity Time Tracker to capture activity selected from dropdown list

Hi Team,

I'm new to excel vb, really looking for a time tracker to capture each activity selected from the drop down list.

1st it should stamp the date into database of 2nd sheet
2nd it should copy paste the task name into database of 2nd sheet
3rd it should copy paste the task name entered into database of 2nd sheet
4th finally the start time of every activity selected into database of 2nd sheet

like this it should go for every selection in drop down to enter in the database sheet... can u pls help on the same?

after selecting the drop down task the time should start for the particular task

and then by giving the task total and click on the submit button should place the task total right next to the selected task name...

can we do this way?

Yes, let it be "0" for those record... becoz the task list have the break, meeting kind of non productive task in that so, incomplete submits will show "0"

Thanks Ollie, one more problem is my team have only open office in their systems, can we do this in open office. the current file doesnt work in Open office.. Can u help me on this...
