Sort rows based on open or closed orders.

I have a simple worksheet, which Col A has description of open issues, Col B has a open or closed status ( which is a drop down menu) and Col C has commetn that go along with each row. I am looking to have the "Open" orders always at the top, so if Col B status is "Closed" That row needs to move down so that "Open" orders are at the top. Please help, thanks.
