Time based daily alert

Hello,

I want to know if there's a way to create an alert that pops up on specific times daily through VBA, something like a small pop up window that has a reminder to send a specific report at a certain time. For example, if a report needs to be sent at 6:00 PM, a small window pops up at around 5:45 PM with a message saying to send the deliverable.
