I am making an attempt at creating an workbook that each time you open the workbook it will auto populate a continuous list.

For example I want to open my workbook Column A - Starting at A2 will populate with GLA-2013-00001, save the workbook and when I re-open it again it will add a new line below (Column A3 with GLA-2013-00002) - such as below as an example

Would also be ideal to add the date in Column B

Not asking much I know but would appreciate all the help I can possibly get on this.
