Web pull Results

Hi Dudes

Have Web Pull that gets Results from site.

It gets Called from another Macro.

I need the Web Pull to Loop or Ready State ? until results have come in sometimes it takes 10 minutes or so.

Then move onto next procedure.

If results not In it Bugs out.


Sheets all set up races happening now 1:00 am onwards : )

Any time I have pulled information from a web query, I usually set a timer to delay it until I am sure the page has loaded. With such a large time frame, up to 10 minutes?, it wouldn't seem practical for this situation. It would be nice if there was a document.ready or ready state function. Hopefully someone knows of one.

I do wait closer the time in anticipation of results being finalised but sometimes there are delays


What about a timer set every minute until the results have come in, if not go back to timer wait 1 more min ?

Possibly. Maybe have a start value where the data imports and check that in a loop then run the timer. Something like

Any chance being the good man you are : ) be able to stick it on the Web Pull Macro Module1 and paste on here,then i might figure out the rest

That has Web pull Modue1 in it

Tried your code today, worked but : )

Bugs out if Race Result not there.

It doesn't appear to Call/Run the next procedure/Macro when Results are there and it does complete.


So yer trying to get it to Call/Loop every minute if Result not there until it is then just proceed next Macro
