Deleting rows between same specific keywords/phrases

Friends,

I'm trying to select all rows between 2 specific phrases and delete them. I have pasted a sample worksheet in the tab 'Staging'. I would like to delete all date between the phrase"__________ Statutory Data ($000) __________" in Rows 1 and 13 of the worksheet.

I would appreciate any help with this!
