Get file links and Hyperlink, Not getting first file

Below is the code I am using to find all the .xlsm files that start with "Help", in the folder called Test Folder then put hyperlinks to them.

It works really well except it misses the first .xlsm file in the folder.

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this code?
