I have a macro that is supposed to take a sheet of data, add 2 helper columns, and then filter the entire dataset.
The helper columns are added to the end of the data, with no problems.
The problem is that when I use the filter method, it doesn't work for the new columns. After debugging and stepping through, it shows that all of the original columns have the filter dropdown showing, but the new helper columns do not have the dropdown showing. I'm thinking this is why they won't filter, but I dont know how to have them get a filter dropdown button like the rest of the columns. Is there something i need to do to make these added columns filter like the rest of the data? FYI- they are on the columns immediately following the original data set.
