Google Sheets - Insert new row and duplicate data if qty is more than 1

Hello everyone,

We make use of a mail merger in google sheets to create labels that we can use on our cards. I am looking for a macro solution that I can use to easily duplicate rows if an order row contains more than 1. All of our labels are sorted so if I duplicate a row number 12 needs to become something like 12,001 followed by 12,002 etc. the 3xFM also has to become 1xFM in 3 separate rows.

I have no clue how macro's work so if anybody can hlep me out then that would be great!

This will be a macro using Google's code, I presume, so I'm moving this to the correct forum section for Google Sheets queries.
